Bob shared best business practices, effective use of social media, and the importance of transparency. For businesses experiencing downtime, Bob pointed out the need to tackle neglected tasks – such as de-cluttering, inventory management, data mining, or being proactive by conducting staff training sessions and reaching out to check in on top customers.

Most importantly, Bob dove into the topic of having a positive mindset and finding things to be grateful for each day. Strong leadership trickles down and creates an empowered team, which then helps lead businesses to success out of this testing time.
